As from the 1st August 2007, a Home Information Pack (HIP) must be obtained by homeowners wishing to place their house on the market for sale. The pack includes: information from the Land Registry about the house, practical information provided by the owners (eg. as to mains services, boundary fences and fictures & fittings) information from the Council and Water Company ("searches"), and a special report as to the energy efficiency of the house ("The Energy Performance Certificate"). Our charges for preparing Home Information Packs start at £250.77 inclusive of VAT. If you would like us to provide a quotation for a Report please go to the Online Quote page.
