Kulsum is our full-time receptionist at the firm. She is competent at providing all types of quotations for residential conveyancing matters.  She ensures that all the customers are attended to in a respectful and polite manner. She can work under high amounts of pressure, juggling many tasks at once and is a brilliant communicator.  She is extremely capable of handling our exceptionally busy reception.  She has an important role in this firm assisting the solicitors and liaising with clients.. 

Kulsum is fluent in Urdu, Hindi, Gujarati and also understands some Bengoli.
